Chad spent several years with two of Austin's largest local builders where he was the Top Producing Sales Consultant in the company. With over 155 homes sold and closed in 2007 alone, he has become one of the most knowledgable New Home Consultants in the Austin area.
Chad has been a local in Austin for over 30 years, where he attended K-12 at the nationally recognized Eanes (Westlake) ISD. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing which he received from Southwest Texas State University.
Chad's in depth and endless training includes special real estate courses such as; Real Estate Business 101, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, Creative Financing and has attended countless Real Estate Seminars and courses. He is also an experienced Real Estate Investor and Property Manager and (with over 900 hrs of course credits) is scheduled to have his Broker's License in May, 2008.
